looks like a crass way to make money... sad... two samples only? i saw this website at a hospital icu waiting room and I thought it would give me some insight...sorry all my money is going to keep my loved one alive... Steven, Thank you for your observations and comments. As you can tell from reading the book, it is an accummulation of very heartfelt insights from people who also went through various times of waiting, much as you are currently going through. The common theme that appeared in these submissions from around the country is that God can give us grace to get through life's trials if we would look to Him in faith. That fact has brought hope and comfort to many in life's waiting room over the centuries. Although it is a simple truth, it has profoundly impacted my life and the lives of many others. That insight is comforting, encouraging and eternal. My putpose in compiling the book is not to make money but to spread the good news of God's love and forgiveness. I will be glad to send you a book free of charge if you would leave me an address to send one to. My wife and I will also pray for you as you walk through this difficult season of life.
Thank you for stopping by! We invite you to comment, post, and generally make your voice heard. You've been by the website; I hope you have or are considering submitting a letter or entry to Letter from the Waiting Room (and if you've found the blog by chance, click the book cover to see the website describing the book project we hope you'll be a part of).
